For customers having a preference entering the mould from the side, Polymac offers an extensive range of Side Entry IML systems. For some applications such as 8 or 16 cavity product take out, stacking and IML this is a preferred solution.
The robot is mounted in the IML frame next to the injection moulding machine. Label magazine(s), product take-over unit, stacker and accumulation conveyor are placed in the same frame structure. The unique feature of the Yushin Side Entry Robots are the two independent kick-stroke arms.
With our extensive global experience, Polymac-Robotics also assist in selecting the optimum IML solution for your specific application. Polymac IML Systems are available for Moulding Machines in the range of 70 - 1200 tons clamping force.
