For customers in need for maximum flexibility and having minimum floor space next to the moulding machine available, Polymac offers an extensive range of High Speed Top Entry IML systems.
Top Entry IML Systems are equipped with RAII or RCII series Yushin High Speed Robots. Needless to say that these robots are using absolute servos and are used for single or multi cavity IML applications. High speed and a stunning accuracy of 0,1 mm of label positioning makes this the most ideal IML System available in the marketplace.
Pre-positioning can be used in combination with Polymac’s unique Tuning system, which enables you to fine tune each individual label position even during production!
With our extensive global experience, Polymac-Robotics also assist in selecting the optimum IML solution for your specific application. Polymac IML Systems are available for Moulding Machines in the range of 70 – 1200 tons clamping force. The Polymac IML Systems are optimised for frequent product changeover and universal usage.
