Servo take-out device

A highly reliable and cost effective system for taking out pails is using a Polymac Take Out Device. Depending on the application, the Servo Take Out System can either be mounted on the top of the fixed platen or under the Injection Moulding Machine.

• The take-out device removes pails from the mould rapidly and then place them in the correct position onto a conveyor.

• Depending on the size of the pails, the device is as quick as, or quicker than free fall.

• It  takes about 5 minutes to switch to another pail format.

• The take-out device needs almost no maintenance.
